Pitchfork London Announces Second Wave of Acts for Fifth Festival Edition
Pitchfork Music Festival London today announces the second line-up announcement for its fifth edition in the capital, taking place from 4 - 8 November 2025.
A mainstay in London’s cultural calendar, Pitchfork London has lit up the city with an array of diverse and original programming over the past four years. Kicking off with specially-curated weekday events mirroring the publication’s mining of distant genre-corners, the week culminates in a Saturday take-over at Roundhouse and the renowned Dalston Takeover - taking place across five of East London’s most-loved venues.
Remaining tickets for the festival go on-sale Friday 30 May, following a huge on-sale for the festival’s first wave in April.
On Wednesday 5th November, New York-based writer, composer and performer Ali Sethi, best known for his chart-topping, blockbuster single ‘Pasoori’, performs with producer and musician Nicolás Jaar at Union Chapel. Bringing their collaborative album Intiha to life in the church’s grand auditorium, this transformative project blends ancestral melancholy with giddy euphoria.
Canadian rock outfit Destroyer headline Barbican on Thursday 6th November, following the release of their 14th studio LP Dan’s Boogie – a bold, cinematic new chapter for Destroyer. Joining the bill are The Fiery Furnaces - 20 years on from the release of their critically acclaimed album Blueberry Boat - an exhilarating project anointed an esteemed 9.6 rating on Pitchfork’s Best New Music. The boundary-pushing duo’s kaleidoscopic, unpredictable genre-hopping sound brings its own heady magic to the night.
Thursday will also play host to Québécois dance producer Marie Davidson at London’s renowned club space Fabric. Joining the bill is composer and synthesizer musician Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith - an artist who revels in the plasticity of electronic sound. Hyped underground dance-rock group RIP Magic open the evening, splicing indie-rock with weird electronics and snottily menacing vocals.
Over at Village Underground, the legendary US rapper, poet and writer Saul Williams is joined by revered producer Carlos Niño to traverse diverse musical terrain, whilst the ICA hosts the psychedelic trance of Bolivian-American sibling duo Los Thuthanaka. Los Thuthanaka bridges the past, present and future of the mighty Pakajaqui Nation through a potent blend of Andean rhythms, Aymara composition and psychedelic rock.
Newly announced for Friday 7th November, Royal Festival Hall’s Southbank Centre will be filled with the beautifully morphing, orchestral rhythms of multi-dimensional composer Nala Sinephro. Over in Dalston, EartH Theatre hosts TV On The Radio’s Tunde Adebimpe and Atlanta indie rockers Mamalarky - following the release of the former’s debut solo, critically acclaimed album, Thee Black Boltz.
Loukeman brings his winsome dance tracks to Oklou’s Roundhouse bill on Friday night, joined by the enigmatic alt-electronic outfit holybones - igniting intrigue in the shadowy corners of London’s underground.
Irish singer-songwriter Maria Somerville’s lush and ethereal compositions join Laurie Anderson’s Roundhouse bill on Saturday 8 November, alongside the innovative soundscapes of London based artist and producer Beatrice Dillon. Heartfelt performer Will Paquin and LA based folk artist Alex Amen are also added to Dalston Takeover’s stacked roster.
