EDINBURGH PSYCH FEST 2026 ANNOUNCES NINE NEW ACTS
Following the announcement of prolific garage-psych-rocker Ty Segall earlier this month, Edinburgh Psych Fest is delighted to announce the addition of nine new acts to the psych and psych-influenced one-dayer this September, including viral Quebec experimental math-rockers Angine De Poitrine, now a global sensation after their incredible masked performance live on KEXP racked up millions of views in just a month.
LA’s avant-fonk three-piece Automatic, Australian indie rock outfit The Belair Lip Bombs, Industrial-rock duo GANS and psychedelic-cosmic-folk singer-songwriter Renny Conti also join the bill alongside a quartet of Scottish acts including Glasgow’s art-punk outfit Water Machine, alt-dark-rockers Tanzana, Edinburgh’s alt-folk five-piece Curiosity Shop and psych-post-punk songwriter Jill Lorean.
Taking place across multiple Edinburgh venues, with more names still to be announced, the 2026 festival promises another unforgettable day filled with mind-bending sounds, trippy visuals and a celebration of all things psychedelic.
